Happy Easter, everyone!

Woohoo, what a great day/weekend!  I hope everyone had as great an Easter as the husband and I did - it's always great to visit with fam on a beautiful day, and beat that family at Catch the 5 ;)  And the motha made an awesome Ham, or Hamarama as the husband and I have been calling it, late lunch/early dinner, with amazing cannoli's that my dad and brother picked up yesterday.  Couldn't have asked for a better day!  Did I mention I got some Cadbury hard eggs and black jelly beans - yes!  AND it's Red Sox Opening Day, well night - Beckett better get it together, though!

Aww, such a wonderful day!  Paired with looking at more houses yesterday, a nice Easter Vigil and dinner out last night with friends, it couldn't have been better!  Can you believe tomorrow is already Monday, eek!

I have to watch my Sox, so no recipe tonight, but I'll link you to the appetizer I made and post a picture of the dessert - my brother ate 3 of them in one sitting, so I think they were okay;)

Buffalo chicken appetizer

Yes, they are on a Christmas plate...I ran out of room on my cupcake plate!:)  It was my first time dying coconut, so I apologize for some of the darker green coconut - that is more St. Patty's day:)

What was your favorite part of your Easter weekend?  Do you have any traditions that you follow every year?  What did you make?

PS - please Red Sox start playing better - and I'm so happy I just saw the Giant Glass man - I always look for him in his seat:)   Do you have a fave baseball team??
