I'm sorry - I'm here!

Hi blogger friends!  I apologize for not posting much this week.  Work is crazy, house hunting is crazy - life is crazy!  I've been cooking, but nothing to write home about hehe;)  I'm hoping next week to at least get you 3 new recipes and a couple other random blog posts - what do you want to read about??  You tell me:)

Sorry again - don't forget about me during this crazy busy time!

Please keep us posted on the house hunting! I want to live vicariously through you! ;)

I second Sharyn! You should make a post about the houses you've looked at any why you did/didn't like them. It can be like an episode of house hunters! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you find the perfect one!

I have had trouble getting time to blog too, must be an international thing!!
I am trying to cut out some of the dairy in my life due to some allergies, so would love to hear about any recipes you might have for tofu, soy, or goats' milk/cheese/yoghurt

Thanks for sticking by me, everyone! This house hunting is not as easy as it looks on House Hunters, My First Place, etc!! I do enjoy seeing all different houses, though:) I think we are up to 20 or so...we saw 4 today, each one better than the last, which was wonderful! We'll see what happens;)

Tomorrow I will try to post pics of the houses we've seen, why we did/didn't like them, so you can all see:) That may take some time, but it will be something to do while I somewhat watch The Masters:)

Oh Scrappy, I am not the tofu girl unfortunately:( I don't particularly like yogurt, but I have made a baked chicken with lemon yogurt on top that was quite good...I think the recipe is in here somewhere, so I'll find it and link you to it:)

With how busy house hunting can be, I'm sure your eating out activities have multiplied. How about posting some pictures and brief reviews of some of those? Sometimes even the most ordinary sandwich joint can stir up some good blog stories. Or what about listing all of the meals you want to cook in your new 'dream kitchen'!?

good luck with everything! Can't wait to see how it all goes!!!
