I've had the baby...for 5 weeks;)

Hi everyone!  I apologize for the lack of posting, but I've been quite busy with our newest family member, Lorena!  Yup, I had a girl!  I thought I was having a boy...so much for motherly intuition;)

I went into labor on 12/19 around 4:45am, and after 18 hours or so of labor, had a c section and delivered her 12/20 at 12:29am, 7 lbs 11oz, 19", and completely healthy:)  We have loved this first month with her, and can't believe how much she changes daily, in looks, personality, abilities, etc!

I'll try to post recipes as much as I can, but they may be few and far between for awhile.  And yes, I am still cooking dinner, 4-5 times a week at this point.   Thank goodness for great friends and family members who continually bring us dinners, desserts, breakfasts, etc!!  Thank you!
